The previous owners of this house moved to Australia, so they left a LOT of stuff in the house! One of the things I am most excited for is a hot tub and natural gas bbq!
When I first saw a virtual tour of the house, the thing that made me want it right away was the entryway! The stairway has gorgeous carpet on the wooden stairs, and the walls are venetian plaster!
There is a little Kitchen Nook where we have a square table for quick meals.
I am just so in love with this house!

More House
Laundrey Room & Movie Room
Even though the Laundrey room is on the main leven, I actually am getting used to it because it has a place for me to fold and put clothes into baskets. It also has a sink and cabinets for all of my cleaning supplies.
The Movie Room is totally Regan's deal. He spent all night almost when we came home from Australia to put together the sound system in the movie room. He did a great job because it really does sound awesome in there! I love the movie posters on the walls and the warm lighting. The couch is SO comfy!!!
Our New House
I have had a lot of people say, you need to post pictures of your new house now that you are all moved in. Well, for those people, here you go! Merry Christmas!
I love the views from our house! The mountains are so close and beautiful! I love that we have a formal dining room and a big kitchen to cook in! I love the family room with built in shelves. I actually just love everything about the house. Even the wet bar is okay for me even though we don't drink!
Running
Some of you know, some of you don't know...
That I am going to run in the Utah Valley Half Marathon on June 12th!
For those of you who know me really well, you are probably reading this and laughing out loud! That is because you probably think that Andrea and running don't fit in the same sentance, let alone, half marathon! When I was in High School, and even College, I had to run the Mile Run to either test out of P.E, or to get a grade. Well, at Ricks College, I had to run the mile run for a grade in my elementary P.E class. Let's just say that even as a 19 year old, I was horrible! To get a passing grade, you had to finish in the 15 minutes allotted time frame! I finished in 14.59 minutes! Seriously, I don't know what it is, but I have always not enjoyed running! I know it is a good thing to do, I know that I have many friends who LOVE it!!
So when I was with some of my Herriman Friends in January, my friend Diana mentioned that we should get a group together to run the Utah Valley half. I told myself right then and there that I would do it! I have no excuses! I am not pregnant, I need to lose weight, and I need some kind of motivation! So that same night, I registered myself and paid the money for the race. Who pays to run first of all???
Anyway, now that we are moved in, Back from all of our trips, I am now going by a half marathon schedule every day! Last night I ran 5 miles with ease! I never in a million years would think that I could run 5 miles, but every week, my running schedule is increasing! 13 miles is a long ways away from 5, but I think I am getting the hang of this. And can you believe that I am actually enjoying it just a little? Last night while I was running in the beautiful spring nightair, jamming to my pink ipod, I was actually enjoying myself!!!
I never would have thought I could do this!!!
Bring on the 13 miles in JUNE!!!
Temple Square Spring Pictures
I am not a gardner like my mom.
I don't know what any of the plants are called in my yard.
I hate weeding.
I am learning to like being outside to do yardwork.
BUT
I LOVE Spring flowers! The fact that you can have a bulb come up by itself every Spring without having to replant other flowers is amazing to me! I think that is why I love spring flowers so much, but also that they are simply gorgeous!!!
Easter Pictures
As long as I can remember, my mom ALWAYS got me an Easter dress! Even now, she insists that I still need an easter dress, and I look forward to getting a cute new dress in the Spring! Well, I have to keep the tradition going year to year with my own kids. This year, I could NOT resist these adorable Yellow, White & Blue outfits for the kids! I absolutly LOVE that I can match the girls to Riley!!! He hasn't complained so far about matching with his sisters, so I will do it as long as I possibly can!!
We went to Temple Square on Sunday and took some pictures by all of the beautiful Spring flowers! Now that I have an awesome camera, I am going to start trying to be an awesome photographer! It will be slow in the making, but hopefully one day I can do as good of job as my friend Danielle who has taken our family pics for the past 3 years!
What Regan won't do...
I always knew that Regan was a totally outgoing type of guy.
I always knew that Regan would pretty much do anything if someone bet him.
I always knew that Regan would do crazy things.
Bud did I ever think that Regan would dress up as the lady wearing a fruit basket in front of all of the American Family Insurance Agents, District Managers and Vice Presidents in Utah/Idaho at the awards banquet?
Nope.
Nothink should ever surprise me again!

Welcome Spring!
Welcome to Utah Spring! We have really missed you! You better stay a while and stop this snowing business...it's just not fair to let us enjoy days of beautiful sunshine and being outside all day then the next day having it be a HUGE snow storm!
Every time this little girl smiles this adorable smile, how can I not take a picture? Oh, she just melts me!! I think I could have a dozen babies if they were all like my little Ellee Belly!! She is just seriously the cutest baby EVER!!!
Oh how I adore twinner girl outfits! I don't care that I don't have actual twins...I can make up for it by having the cute twinner outfits! I have the cutest girls EVER!
We have a new addition to our family...NO I am NOT pregnant! I hear when we moved to our new house that there were mice around these parts because of the farm land around us. Well, even though I have not seen one mouse, I will take my precautions very seriously. We got 2 cute little kittens!!! They better grow up and learn that their duty around the Fackrell Household is to make me not got CRAZY by catching a mouse if they see one!!!
Riley is our little entrepeneur!!! I swear he will grow up just like his dad and have a million and one ideas and want to knock on everyone's door to let them know what is going on!!! We have only been in our house a month and Riley already wants to have a lemonade stand {or a sell anything stand} everyday! This particular day, I did allow him to do it. He made his own sign, convinced the neighbor girls next door to be his helpers, set up chairs and a table and knocked on everyone's door to let them know that they really did need a cup of delicious juice because it was a hot day! He ended up with a few customers! This is only the beginning...who knows what is in store for our little entrepeneur...do they have an apprentice JR. with Donald Trump? If so, Riley would Win it!
I LOVE the Sand Dunes!
Last year we weren't able to play our annual Spring Games at the Sand dunes because it was so cold and rainy! This year, we were able to bask in the sun and roll around in the warm red sand while Salt Lake was getting pounded by a HUGE snow storm! Isn't that so funny that it can be so warm and so cold all at one time in the same state?
Anyway, I think St. George is just the perfect weather in the Spring time! We had a great Spring Break there!!!
{By the way, Sunny is wearing my mom's reading glasses in the picture below-she doesn't actually wear oversized glasses in real life!}
Spring Break 2010
We had such a fun Spring Break with my family in St. George! We stayed in an awesome condo, had fun hanging out with the fam, and had a blast playing our annual Spring Games at the Sand dunes!! We were able to watch general conference, experience some much needed warm weather, play around in the soft red sand, and have a fun easter!
We just recently moved into our new house, and have already gone to Australia and now St. George all in a month! I think it is time to stay put and get settled!
