Regan's Business Spotlight

Regan has been advertising in the South Valley Journal Newspaper for a year now, and so the paper wanted to spotlight his business. Wow, who would have known we would have a celebraty in our family! Regan has been doing so well as an American Family Insurance Agent, and he has been at it for 1 year now! I have the right to brag about my husband, so I will, but he is still the #1 agent in his group and is just loving what he is doing! Way to go Regan!

Regan is an American Family Insurance agent and his primary concern is the welfare of his clients.
"My key point is to focus on the personal needs of people," he says. "I get them the best price and get them protected. I have a relationship with the customer."
Regan earned his master's degree in accounting and before opening up his insurance agency, he worked as an accountant. The decision to change careers wasn't a difficult one.
"I wanted to own my own business and do my own thing," he says. "I like working with people and interacting with people. I chose American Family Insurance because they have an excellent track record. They handle claims well and treat people well. I wanted to associate with their brand."
Regan wants to be more than just an insurance agent; he wants to be there for his customers when they are in need. Regan makes himself available anytime. He gives customers his cell phone number and tells them to call day or night if they have questions or problems. He also makes personal visits to his clients' homes when they want to discuss their policies. He understands the importance of having good coverage.
"I give personal service," he says. "I care about the customers. I want to protect homes and dreams and make sure there are no surprises when there is a loss or tragedy. If someone is in an accident, I'm there. Very few agencies do that!"
