My friend has been sending deals for Smiths, Albertsons, Harmons and Macey's for the past year and it is amazing how much I have saved by getting the items that are on Sale through her emails. There is a red section that tells all of the items at all of these stores that are better deals than Costco prices! She has just set up an official website where you can join the food storage deals and get an email weekly on all of the great deals!

That's so great! I need someone down here doing that for me in Puerto Rico. It's so EXPENSIVE!! I can't wait until I don't have to pay $5.00 for a gallon of milk.

Sunday 6-8pm Viewing at Wing Mortuary in Lehi (on Main Street)
Monday- 10-10:45 Family Viewing and Prayer and the Funeral will follow at 11. I think the address for the Stake Center is 2916 E Saddle Rock Rd. It is right on Pony Express Parkway in the Ranches. You can't miss it.
