The week before Labor Day, we took our little family on a little adventure. We took the kids on Trax and rode to Salt Lake City for the Rib Festival downtown. The festival wasn't that great, but being downtown with the kids was a lot of fun. Riley loved going through the waterfall at the Gallivan Center, then we went to The Gateway and had the kids run through the shooting water!
We had dinner and my favorite treat at the Gateway: Apple Pie Apple at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory (carmel covered green apple, then covered in white chocolate with cinnamon sugar on the outside!!) The kids thought riding on Trax was fun because it was like being on Thomas the Train they said. Riley fell asleep on the way home!
