Here are the details on the job:

This is great job for someone who wants to learn how to sell insurance and is a people person.

I need someone who is licensed with the State of Utah to sell P&C insurance. If you are not licensed, I am willing to work with you.

Here are some of the job duties:
-Manage the agency’s marketing activities
-Following up on internet leads
-Visiting car dealerships, mortgage lenders, realtors, CPAs, Attorneys, and other businesses
-Calling current customers to cross-sell to them
-Following up with people who have left the agency
-Sending out weekly mailings to businesses and following up with a phone call
-Visiting local business to discuss their insurance
-Cold Calling
-Knocking on doors

Here are some other specifics about the position:

1.) This is a sales position
2.) You must be licensed with the State of Utah to sell. If I hire you before you are licensed, I can only pay you $10/hour and no commission or bonus until you are licensed.
3.) The pay is $13/hour plus monthly bonus and commissions ($200-$1000/mo). Benefits include week of vacation, dental, but no health insurance
4.) Office hours are 9am-6pm M-F and Sat 9-12:30pm
5.) Office is in Riverton, UT

Prerequisites for position:
-High School diploma
-Clean criminal record
-Clean credit credit- no current collections or bankruptcy
-Clean driving record- no DUIs, no more than 3 tickets in last 3 years
