Our house finally sold on Saturday!!! I am so happy to not have to clean the house daily to look like a model house even though there are 3 kids who live in it! To me, it is an answer to a prayer-our family has been praying to sell our house for a couple of months and now we have finally done it!! We have to be out in March, so now we need to get a new house! We put an offer on a house in South Weber, Utah. It is in Davis County and is 1 hour away from our house. We put an offer on it, and are waiting to hear back to see if they accepted it. When the price has been determined, I will post pictures of the gorgeous house!! We actually went to South Weber on Sunday and drove around, attended the church there, and Regan and I had such a great feeling about it! It is 10 minutes away from Regan's office too!

Yay! i am way excited to hear that you guys have it under contract! I am sure you are more than ready to move to Davis county! I will cross my fingers that you get the home you have an offer in on!
