Flow Rider

If I didn't have a friend named Amanda Wells, there is NO way I would have done most of the things I have done the last 5 years! She introduced me to:
* Roller Hockey and RollerBlading {good and bad things came out of this}
* Running
* Basketball
* Dodgeball
* Wake Boarding
* The Molecule {Best time of my life was had on a ball flying around in the water}
* Lake Powell
* Boating Trips
* Enjoying the outdoors
* and now, the Flow Rider!
It is a wave of water gushing out from the bottom and coming full force up a ramp. The idea is that you are supposed to stay on your board while it swishes you up! Well, I am the MOST uncoordinated person ever and instead of staying on the board, my swimming suit fell off!!! Next thing you know, Regan is motioning for me to pull up my swim suit! How embarrasing!

Anyway, Happy Birthday to my great friend Amanda! She is old now...30 and I am still 29! I love that you make me do things that I otherwise would never do!
