Extracurricular Activities

 Riley goes to Karate once a week and has earned his Yellow Belt! He does a great job and takes it very seriously!

 Riley & Sunny entered the reflections contest at school this year! The Theme was Diversity, so we had a long talk about what Diversity means. Riley wrote a story about 2 dragons that were different colors, but still wanted to be friends even though they were different! I was shocked at how fast he came up with this story ALL ON HIS OWN! WOW, he is so smart! His entry went on to the next level!!! Sunny drew a picture of 2 bunnies that looked different but were holding hands. Her's got a medal!!!

Emery has started to eat baby food--he didn't like it too much at first! Can you tell?

 Sunny has LOVED her dance class this year and she had her 1st dance recital in December. She was so cute dancing to, I'm getting nothing for Christmas.

 Riley has LOVED playing Jr. Jazz Basketball with his friends! He improved so much over the last 4 months and is now a huge fan of basketball! He and his team went to the championship game and got 2nd place!

 Riley has developed a new love for Legos! I am just glad that he is putting his energy into something other than video games! He and his friends play the legos for hours and create cool things!

 Regan played in the craziest basketball game ever! It was a 5 day, 109 hour basketball game with his 2 friends, Keith & Travis. Each team had 12 players, and they could not leave the rec center-they could only sub in and out for each other. He lost 8 lbs, ran more than 200 miles, and had a blast doing it! This has Regan's name written all over it-intense, crazy, physically challenging, and fun! They won the title of the longest basketball Game ever played by the Guinness Book of World Records!!!

Ever since Elle saw Sunny dance in her recital, she wanted to also dance, so I signed her up for dance class. Her first class was this week and she loved it!!! Cute little ballerina!!
