Welcome Home Elder McKell

Middle of January was a shock because we found out that my cute brother who is serving a mission in Mexico had to come home for surgery because of some pain he was having! It was fun to wake the kids up at midnight and go to the airport to welcome him home from his mission! My kids were SO excited to see their uncle! Emery had never met Robby, so that was fun for them to see each other for the 1st time!
Elle says. "bless uncle wobby on his mission" in every single prayer she says which is 5 times a day! She loved seeing her uncle!
Emery has really taken to Robby and loves to be held by him! Robby had surgery and is now just recovering and working at the MTC while waiting to go back on his mission!
I organized a Book of Mormon Read a thon with all of the youth in my ward in January and Robby was my surprise guest!!! It was cool to hear him read the scriptures in spanish and I could just feel the spirit as he read.
Regan was the hit of the read a thon! He did voices for the people in the book and made the scriptures exciting! He helped wake up the youth!!! I will say that telling 20 teenagers to read scriptures for 2 days straight is NOT EASY!!!! Even though there was a lot of complaining and kids not wanting to be there, I just hope that they got something out of this amazing accomplishment!!!

Here we are after reading the last chapter out loud together!!!
Riley really got into reading the scriptures out loud!!! He loved this experience and he is 7!!!
